Treadfit is an innovative fitness facility that provides customized workouts from certified trainers. Each class will improve your overall fitness level using interval training on the treadmill, coupled with full-body strength training. At Treadfit, no class is ever the same!

The Workout: Each 50-minute Treadfit workout incorporates periods of intense anaerobic exercise with periods of recovery and strength-building exercises. This type of high-intensity interval training has been proven to increase endurance and improve fat burning – resulting in a stronger, faster, and leaner you! Under the guidance of experienced, certified instructors, clients will burn on average between 400-800 calories per class and can produce an increased metabolic rate for 24 to 36 hours after the workout.

While our standard Treadfit classes are suitable to all fitness levels, we understand there are those looking for a slower paced class that still packs a great cardio and strength workout. This 50-minute class will incorporate modest increases in speed and incline on the treads with strength and core exercises on the floor. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a great, lower impact workout.

Jenn, an ACE certified group instructor and youth fitness specialist, is the owner of Treadfit Frankfort. She has been active in sports her whole life and has always had an enthusiasm for fitness. Jenn believes that exercise and an overall healthy lifestyle are vital to our functionality and longevity. She is very eager to share the benefits of Treadfit with the Frankfort community.


Kymm is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is an avid runner and loves setting her sights on both local and out of town races. Her favorite way to get the feel for a new place is on foot! After years of training she understands the positive effects that incorporating strength work and sprints can have on performance. Her love of running and group classes is what brought her through the doors of Treadfit. One of her favorite things about teaching is inspiring others to crush their own personal goals. As a mother, she loves being able to set a great example for her daughter on the importance of healthy living and following your passion. Kymm can also be found teaching classes at Plate28 and The Barre Code. When not in the studio she can be found spending time with her family and her favorite running partner, Ziggy, her black goldendoodle.


Carissa is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She also teaches WERQ Dance Fitness classes throughout the surrounding communities. Some of Carissa’s fitness interests include dancing, running, kettlebell, HIIT, and small group training. During her downtime, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, reading, movies, races, music, and bike riding. Carissa is a member of her local “run club” and loves trying new fitness formats.

Tricia Catinella

Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and moved to Illinois last year. Been an elementary teacher for 20 years and an avid runner and athlete. Have taught fitness classes for the last 8 years specializing in Pilates and Barre classes. Lives in Frankfort with her two daughters, Irelyn and Adalyn and husband Dominick.

Ann Petrovich

Ann is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and loves sharing her enthusiasm for all things movement and fitness-related & helping others see fitness can be fun! Outside of Treadfit, Ann is passionate about her position as a paraprofessional within the Summit Hill School District. She also loves spending time with family and friends. Ann lives in Tinley Park with her husband,John. Her son John Martin and two daughters, CeCe & Libby.

Cecila Gliva

CeCe has always been a runner, running cross country and track in school, but in more recent years loved HIIT workouts and strength training. She has been an avid Treadfit-goer since 2020, drawn in by the mix of cardio and strength with every workout. As an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, CeCe is excited to be part of the fitness community and work with clients to improve their health and wellness through exercise. She recently moved to Frankfort with her husband, loves walking and reading and enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her new Golden Retriever, Stuart!

  • positive review  Just finished my first workout at Treadfit Frankfort. Incredible full body workout. Walking, running, inclines, core, weights and more. Burned over 700 calories in a fun filled 50 minute routine. Great instructors, great music, and incredible facilities. Highly recommend checking out a class. First week is free and I’ll definitely be going back for more.

  • positive review  I have now done 4 classes at Treadfit Frankfort. I basically went from “0 to 60” with my exercise routine. I have found it to be zero percent intimidating and it’s truly a go at your own pace set up. Yes, I am sore (????), but it’s been great! I’ve really enjoyed all the classes, instructors, music and, maybe most importantly, the motivation!
