Treadfit is an innovative fitness facility that provides customized workouts from certified trainers. Each class will improve your overall fitness level using interval training on the treadmill, coupled with full-body strength training. At Treadfit, no class is ever the same!
The Workout: Each 50-minute Treadfit workout incorporates periods of intense anaerobic exercise with periods of recovery and strength-building exercises. This type of high-intensity interval training has been proven to increase endurance and improve fat burning - resulting in a stronger, faster, and leaner you! Under the guidance of experienced, certified instructors, clients will burn on average between 400-800 calories per class and can produce an increased metabolic rate for 24 to 36 hours after the workout.

While our standard Treadfit classes are suitable to all fitness levels, we understand there are those looking for a slower paced class that still packs a great cardio and strength workout. This 50-minute class will incorporate modest increases in speed and incline on the treads with strength and core exercises on the floor. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a great, lower impact workout.

Jenn, an ACE certified group instructor and youth fitness specialist, is the owner of Treadfit Frankfort. She has been active in sports her whole life and has always had an enthusiasm for fitness. Jenn believes that exercise and an overall healthy lifestyle are vital to our functionality and longevity. She is very eager to share the benefits of Treadfit with the Frankfort community.
Jenny, an ACE certified group instructor and nutrition specialist, is the founder of Treadfit. After completing five marathons and several half marathons, she began experimenting with shorter bursts of high intensity running mixed with strength training. She saw dramatic improvements in her fitness level, and decided to leave distance running behind. Jenny brings her love of running and fitness to the unique format of Treadfit’s workouts.
